About Our Teachers

Laura Feeney, Owner (BA International Affairs,  American University of Paris; MSc Gender Studies, London School of Economics;  YTTC Yoga Teaching Diploma;  Birthlight Diploma; YTTC Certificates in  Yoga for Back Care & Yoga for Muscles, Bones & Joints; Roll Model Method instructor)
Laura started her movement career at the age of 2, when her mother put her in ballet to burn off some of the excess energy.  She credits yoga with saving her knees after years of all kinds of dance, gymnastics, aerobics, high heels and uneven pavements. Laura's classes are run with warmth, humour, fun, and a passionate belief in the benefits of yoga.  Although influenced and inspired by all the amazing teachers she has had over the years, Laura's MOST amazing teachers continue to be her students.   

Colette Charles - Yin; Yoga Nidra; Foundations of Flow; Beginners Yoga
Colette has been practising yoga for 10 years. In 2011, she completed her YogaEd training in children’s yoga. She went on to complete her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification training at The Yoga Room, Dublin in 2014. Colette’s Hatha Flow classes are relaxed and inclusive, emphasising correct alignment and the right sequencing of asanas to achieve balance and improve general well-being. Colette regularly attends yoga trainings to keep her skills updated and has had the opportunity to study with many great teachers from around the world, including Leslie Kaminoff, Rajashree Choudhury, Jason Crandell, Patrick Beach and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.

Guadalupe Nolon - Ashtanga
Guadalupe began her yoga journey in 1999 following a recommendation from her doctor while she was pregnant with her second child. After discovering the benefits of yoga during her pregnancy, she continued her journey and has since dedicated her time to further her knowledge. Throughout the years Guadalupe experimented various different disciplines of yoga but it was not until 2012 that she discovered Ashtanga yoga and has since immersed herself in the practice and history of it.

Following intensive training from some of the most devoted and world renowned teachers such as Manju P. Jois and David Swenson. Guadalupe has been authorized to teach the first and second series of this discipline by none other than Manju P. Jois, the son of Guru Sri. K. Patthabi Jois, founder of Ashtanga yoga.  Guadalupe completed her 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training certification from the Yoga Alliance in 2015. As well as her extensive yoga training Guadalupe is also a qualified Holistic Therapist and will be offering her many specialities at Phoenix Yoga.

Alan Kane - Qigong
Alan has been immersed in the study of Qigong and its ways to provide a solution to modern day problems for many years. He studied with Chinese Masters, Korean Masters and began training in China Universe Qigong as a one on one student, qualifying as an Instructor of this system in April 2017.

 He has also studied Kinesiology, Osteopathic style body work, Energy Healing, Emmett technique and Tai Chi, along with having qualified with black belts in Karate and Haidong Gumdo Korean Sword Martial. Alan is the Head Instructor for Haidong Gumdo Association of Ireland.

Alan has been teaching Qigong and Martial Arts for many years.  His primary focus is on creating an Integrated Wellness approach using all the teachings from the last 30 years to provide a healing, supportive environment for clients.



Jill Reynolds
Originally developed 20 years ago to treat sports injuries, severe burns, Bell's Palsy and strokes, CACI has evolved into a non-surgical facelift.  CACI works by gently stimulating skin tissues which in turn improves the elasticity of the face, increases oxygenation and the production of collagen and elastin in the skin.  It is an effective way to reverse the ageing process and keep your skin looking healthy when use as part of an on-going maintenance programme.
