Laura Feeney, Owner (BA International Affairs, American University of Paris; MSc Gender Studies, London School of Economics; YTTC Yoga Teaching Diploma; Birthlight Diploma; YTTC Certificates in Yoga for Back Care & Yoga for Muscles, Bones & Joints)
Laura started her movement career at the age of 2, when her mother put her in ballet to burn off some of the excess energy. She credits yoga with saving her knees after years of all kinds of dance, gymnastics, aerobics, high heels and uneven pavements. Laura's classes are run with warmth, humour, fun, music and a passionate belief in the benefits of yoga. Although influenced and inspired by all the amazing teachers she has had over the years, Laura's MOST amazing teachers continue to be her students.
Fiona Brewer has practiced yoga for the last 12 years and having discovered its benefits she was eager to delve deeper and train as a yoga teacher. Fiona trained at The Ard Nahoo yoga school under Noleen Tyrell and has done further training with senior Anusara teachers Deb Neubauer and Desiree Rumbaugh. Fiona teaches Hatha yoga, drawing inspiration from both Iyengar and Anusara styles.
Fiona loves how yoga can have a positive effect on the entire person, regardless of where you are in your life and health at any point in time. All you have to do is show up on the mat and let it happen! Fiona’s classes are enjoyable, nurturing and uplifting. The focus is on bringing the body into good alignment while connecting with the breath, to relieve pain and discomfort and allow the energy to move freely in the body, bringing lightness, balance and ease to mind, body and soul. Fiona is also a practicing Naturopath, Herbalist, Reflexologist and Holistic Therapist and has been working with people to improve their health using natural methods for the last 12 years. CACI NON-SURGICAL FACELIFT
Originally developed 20 years ago to treat sports injuries, severe burns, Bell's Palsy and strokes, CACI has evolved into a non-surgical facelift. CACI works by gently stimulating skin tissues which in turn improves the elasticity of the face, increases oxygenation and the production of collagen and elastin in the skin. It is an effective way to reverse the ageing process and keep your skin looking healthy when use as part of an on-going maintenance programme.
CACI specialist Jill has nearly 20 years' experience and has treated numerous celebrities, including Gillian Taylforth & Lorraine Chase.
