Upcoming workshops with Fiona Brewer
An Evening to Relax & Unwind - Sunday November 9th, 4.30pm-6.30pm

Evening workshops to set you up for the weekend! A practice by candlelight to deeply unwind mind and body. Deep stretching and breathing to bring ease from the busyness of the week, creating space and lightness on all levels. An opportunity to let go of stress and tension and enjoy deep relaxation. We will combine yin and restorative yoga and end with yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep! Just show up and relaxation is guaranteed!

Yoga is an Inside Job -  Sunday 30th November, 1-3pm

In this workshop we will explore and experience the poses from the inside out, in other words less from the head, more from the body, heart and senses. While the asana (poses) are physical, and can even get technical when it comes to alignment and safety, there is so much more than that. What differentiates yoga from other physical activities or “exercise” is that the asana and breath work are a “way in” to a deeper understanding of the body and your deeper self. This workshop is a chance to take some time out and go a little deeper and enhance your experience of yoga. Half of our practice will be spent in deeply restful restorative yoga.
Cost: €20

A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
