Our Philosophy: We believe that everybody can gain benefits from yoga, regardless of age, shape, fitness level or size, and all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Our classes are run in a safe, supportive environment, with experienced teachers who are passionate about yoga. We offer classes and workshops for everyone, so if you just want to relax and chill out or work up a sweat, there's a class for you!
From Here to Maternity: We also offer a full range of classes and services for mums and parents to be. Pregnancy yoga, private antenatal classes/yoga for birth workshops, and Mother & Baby yoga are all provided by caring and experienced professionals.

Nine Months courses dedicated to enabling couples to feel they can approach birth with knowledge and confidence. Combining knowledge of the labour and birthing process with the benefits of yoga, this workshop covers many topics, including:
Understanding the process of labour
Breathing and relaxation techniques
Use of movement and gravity assisted positions
Parentcraft and the transition to parenthood

More Shoulder Love 💚 A Yoga Workshop for Healthy Shoulders, Arms and Side Body
Saturday 18th March, 2-4pm
Many of us tend to hold some tension and stress in the shoulders and upper body, or even experience RSI (repetitive strain injury) from working on computers, sitting at desks or long commutes. If you would like to relieve tension, create greater mobility, strength, and health in your shoulders, arms and side body, this workshop is for you.
Following on from our first Shoulder Love workshop, we will work with yoga practices to stabilise and strengthen the rotator cuff muscles, arms and side body muscles of the waist and spine. After, we will explore how to use yoga therapy balls to target tight spots in these areas, and to help ease out tension from the body and mind.
The practice will also include supported restorative yoga poses to further calm and soothe the mind and upper body, ending in a thoroughly relaxing yoga nidra. You will leave with a new sense of space, freedom and ease!
All are welcome, including complete beginners
